Returns/Exchanges:
*Forced returns are NOT accepted and are against our policies, you must contact our shop first. We will not issue a refund if an item/s are forced returns. The buyer will have to pay to have their item/s reshipped back to them.
Care Instructions:
*Wash inside out on Cold (definitely NOT hot)
*NO fabric softener
*Tumble dry on low or hang dry
*Do NOT iron over text/logo/image
Shipping:
*If an item/s has been returned to us from USPS, we are NOT responsible for the reshipping charges. The buyer will have to pay to have their item/s reshipped back to them.
*All orders marked DELIVERED by USPS that are lost or stolen are not refundable.
Please note, after your package is shipped, we do not have any control over it. You will need to contact your local post office of any issues.
*Please make sure your address is correct at time of checkout. We will ship to the address that was provided on your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address. If your package is returned to us, you will need to pay to have your package reshipped.
*Once an order has shipped, we can not guarantee USPS delivery times. We can only go off of the estimated delivery date that is given by USPS at the time of shipment. If your order does not arrive by the date it is needed, we will not provide a refund or discount for the item/s. Please make sure your item/s are ordered in plenty of time for us to process your order and for shipping times.
Back Ordered Items:
*If an item is on back order, your whole order will be held up until we are able to ship the entire order together.
Wholesale availability:
**We do have wholesale available, please send us a detailed messaged regarding a wholesale order.**
